Went in on a random Friday for a Mom & Daughter Date to make candles and it only ended up being just us two. Staff was so friendly, nice and helpful. We will be back! staff also gave us ideas of places to visit as we waited for our candle to harden. So if you go to this place spend some time checking out Downtown New Albany it was a pleasure!

Booking a seat at The Soy Candle Bar includes all of the materials needed during the class, plus your very own custom candle to take home afterward. One of chandlers will guide you step by step on how to make your candle and provide candle tips so that you get the best life of your soy candle.
Classes typically last about 35-45 minutes to an hour. Once the class is done, your candle may take about 45 minutes up to one hour to solidify enough for you to take home. All candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate and paraben free fragrance oil and a lead free cotton braided wick.

During the workshop, you will get to pick your vessel, options start at $20 a single 9oz. clear glass jar and you can always upgrade the day of your visit. There are several other vessels to choose from, including color glass, ceramic and wood!
Botanicals are complimentary. Blending fragrances is also included. Custom blend your own fragrance, with over 40 scents to choose from!
